The special common fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II has signed a loan agreement with a group of Nordic banks. The new financing partners, Danske Bank, SEB and Swedbank, are offering the special common fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II an asset-backed loan in order to restructure the current loan and enable the fund’s future growth.
The special common fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II invests in Finnish real estate in regional growth centres. The fund’s investment philosophy centres on properties that require an active approach and offer good cash flow and which often have longer-term development potential.
The EUR 194 million financing arrangement that was concluded will enable growth for the special common fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II as well as reinforce the status of special common funds in Finland’s real estate sector.

We see good opportunities in Finland’s real estate market, as there are properties for this type of special common fund in various market situations. We have extensive resources and an experienced investment team, which enables the fund’s assets to be invested also in properties that require active management and development,” says Mandatum Asset Management’s Senior Portfolio Manager Risto Aro.
The special common fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II is open for subscriptions four times a year, on the last day of each quarter, in addition to which an additional subscription period is being offered on 31 August 2022.
